Organization Settings
Configure your workspace, company profile, and manage your account.
Company Profile
Your company profile helps the AI tailor recommendations to your specific context. You can set:
- Company Name — Your organization's name
- Primary Industry — Determines which specialist personas you get
- Company Size — 1–10, 11–50, 51–200, 201–500, or 500+
- Business Stage — Startup, Growth, Established, or Enterprise
- Admin Role — Founder, CEO, COO, VP, Director, Manager, etc.
- Decision Areas — Financial, Operational, HR, Strategy, Legal, Growth
- Company Description — Free-text context the AI references during debates
Billing & Subscription
Manage your plan, payment method, and invoices through the Stripe billing portal. Access it from Organization Settings → Billing.
Data Export
Admins can export all organization data as a JSON file. This includes sessions, verdicts, team member activity, and settings. Go to Organization Settings → Export Data.
Email & Notification Preferences
Control which emails you receive from Verdikt. Access your preferences from Profile Settings → Notifications.
You can toggle each notification category independently:
- Session reminders — Outcome follow-up reminders at 7 and 30 days
- Credit alerts — Low credit warnings and exhaustion notices
- Product updates — New features, improvements, and announcements
- Team notifications — Member joins, shared sessions, and team activity
- Weekly digest — Summary of your team's decision activity
All notifications are enabled by default for new accounts. Changes take effect immediately.
Display Preferences
Verdikt supports both dark mode and light mode. Toggle between them from Profile Settings → Theme. Your preference is saved and persists across sessions and devices.
Feedback & Support
Found a bug or have a suggestion? Submit feedback directly from the app:
- Open Profile Settings and tap "Send Feedback".
- Describe the issue or suggestion in the text field.
- Optionally attach up to 3 files (images, PDFs, or text files, max 5 MB each).
- Tap Submit. Your feedback is sent directly to the Verdikt team.
Feedback submissions are rate-limited to 5 per hour.
Audit Log
Every significant action in your workspace is logged. Admins can review the audit trail from Organization Settings → Audit Log.
Events tracked include:
- Member additions and removals
- Billing changes and plan upgrades/downgrades
- Settings updates (company profile, industry, etc.)
- Admin permission changes
Filter the log by category and date range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time). The log is paginated for easy browsing. Only admins have access to the audit log.
Deleting Your Workspace
After cancellation, your workspace enters a 30-day read-only grace period before permanent deletion.
