Set up your AI Advisory Board in under 5 minutes.

Creating Your Workspace

1. Sign up with your email and verify your address. You can also sign in with Google.
2. Create your organization. Enter your company name and select your primary industry from the 16 available packs.
3. Tell us about your business. Select your company size, business stage, your role, and the types of decisions you make most often.
4. Preview your board. See the 8 AI advisors assigned to your industry — 4 C-Suite executives and 4 industry specialists.

Your First Session

1. Tap "Summon Board" from the home screen to begin a new session.
2. Describe your dilemma. Type the business decision you're facing. Be specific — the more context you give, the better the advice.
3. Choose your mode. Quick (free, fast AI) for everyday decisions, or Strategic (1 credit, premium AI) for high-stakes choices.
4. Set context sliders. Adjust Budget, Risk Tolerance, and Timeline to match your situation.
5. Select rounds. 1 round for a quick take (~30 seconds), 3 rounds for a deep dive, or 5 rounds for full board deliberation.
6. Watch the debate unfold. Your AI advisors will discuss, disagree, and build on each other's points — just like a real boardroom.
7. Review the verdict. Get scored recommendations across 5 dimensions: Financial Sense, Emotional Satisfaction, Long-Term Value, Risk Level, and Practicality.

Your Onboarding Checklist

After signing up, you'll see an in-app onboarding checklist to help you get the most out of Verdikt. Each step is auto-completed when you perform the action:

1. Watch the tutorial — View the interactive walkthrough to understand the full workflow.
2. Create your first session — Run a Quick or Strategic session with your advisory board.
3. Invite team members — Add colleagues to collaborate on decisions (Team plans and above).
4. Submit feedback — Share your experience with the Verdikt team.

The checklist disappears automatically once all steps are completed. You can also dismiss it early if you prefer.
