Session Visibility
By default, sessions are private — only visible to the person who created them. You can change visibility to:
- Private — Only you can see this session
- Org-wide — All team members can view this session
- Shared with specific people — Choose exactly who can access it
Privacy Protection & PII Redaction
Verdikt automatically redacts sensitive information in all sessions — not just shared ones. The system uses a two-layer approach:
- Pattern-based redaction — Automatically detects and masks email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, and credit card numbers using regex patterns.
- AI-powered contextual detection — Identifies and masks names, company names, and locations that appear in the discussion context.
When non-owners view a shared session, they'll see placeholders like [AMOUNT_1], [NAME_2], or [COMPANY_3] instead of actual values. The session owner always sees the full, unredacted content.
Comments
Team members can add comments to shared sessions, creating a discussion thread around the decision. Comments are visible in the Session Detail screen.
Shared With Me
Access all sessions that teammates have shared with you from the "Shared With Me" tab in your Journal.
Bookmarks
Bookmark important sessions for quick reference:
- To bookmark — Tap the bookmark icon in the verdict screen's top bar or session detail.
- To unbookmark — Tap the bookmark icon again (filled icon = bookmarked).
- Finding bookmarks — Open your Journal and enable the bookmark filter to see only bookmarked sessions.
Bookmarks are per-user and private — your bookmarks are not visible to teammates.
Journal & Session History
The Journal (accessible from the sidebar under "History") is your central hub for all past sessions. It provides:
- Search — Find sessions by keyword across dilemmas, verdicts, and debate content.
- Filters — Filter by date range, category, session status, and bookmarked status.
- Two tabs — "My Sessions" shows your own sessions; "Shared" shows sessions teammates have shared with you.
- Bulk selection — Select multiple sessions for batch export.
Export Options
Export sessions from the Journal or session detail screen:
- PDF — Professional formatted report Business Premium
- DOCX — Editable Word document Business Premium
History Retention by Plan
- Solo & Team — 30 days of history
- Business — 90 days of history
- Premium — Unlimited history
