Verdicts & Decisions
How Verdikt turns debate into actionable recommendations.
How Verdicts Work
After your advisors finish debating, Verdikt synthesizes their positions into a structured verdict. Each advisor submits a formal recommendation, and the AI scores every option across 5 key dimensions.
The 5 Dimensions
Every recommendation is scored from 1 to 10 on:
| Dimension | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Financial Sense | ROI, cost-effectiveness, impact on cash flow and margins |
| Emotional Satisfaction | Team morale, personal fulfillment, stakeholder happiness |
| Long-Term Value | Strategic positioning, compounding benefits, future optionality |
| Risk Level | Downside exposure, reversibility, compliance risk (higher = riskier) |
| Practicality | Implementation difficulty, resource requirements, timeline feasibility |
Decision Matrix
The visual decision matrix plots each advisor's scores on a radar chart:
- 3-agent panel — Triangle visualization
- 5-agent panel — Pentagon visualization Premium
This makes it easy to see at a glance which options excel in which areas.
Recommendation Components
Each advisor's recommendation includes:
- Summary — Their position in 1–2 sentences
- Action Plan — Detailed recommended steps
- Bottom Line — A pithy, quotable take
- Caveats — Risks and limitations of their approach
- Reasoning — Why they recommend this path
- Co-signatories — Other advisors who endorse this recommendation
Unified Strategy
When multiple advisors participate, Verdikt can synthesize a unified strategy — a blended recommendation that incorporates the strongest elements from each perspective.
Session Input Summary
At the top of every verdict, you'll see a collapsible Session Input Summary that shows everything you provided at the start:
- Your Dilemma — The full situation you described
- Context Sliders — Budget, Risk Tolerance, and Timeline settings
- Category — The decision category (Financial, Operational, etc.)
- Stakes Level — How high-stakes you rated the decision
- Advisors — Which personas participated in the debate
Tap the summary to expand or collapse it. This makes it easy to review what context your advisors had when making their recommendations.
Tracking Your Decisions All Plans
After each session, you can record the outcome of your decision — what action you took, how it turned out, and what you learned.
Recording an Outcome
From the verdict screen or session history, tap the "Record Outcome" button and fill in:
- Action taken — What did you actually decide to do?
- Rating (1–5 stars) — How well did it turn out?
- Notes — Any additional context or lessons learned
- Would you decide differently? — Reflection on your decision process
Follow-Up Reminders
Verdikt sends automated email reminders to help you track outcomes:
- 7-day reminder — A check-in to record early results
- 30-day reminder — A follow-up for longer-term outcomes
You can manage reminder preferences from your notification settings.
How Outcomes Feed Intelligence
Recorded outcomes contribute to your organization's decision intelligence — patterns are detected across your sessions, helping advisors give better-calibrated recommendations over time. For example, if your team consistently rates "conservative" recommendations highest, advisors will factor that into future suggestions.
